The effect of sodium on bodybuilding

For athletes who want to have good muscles, it is advisable to drink water with a little salt; salt helps to better absorb water in the body and prevents water from getting rid of vitamins.

Salt also improves muscle performance compared to creatine; it should be remembered that the human body is not able to store sodium in the muscles; therefore, it should receive a small amount of salt every day up to 2000 milligrams; this is for heart patients. The amount will be lower.

Note that these recommendations only apply to those who do gymnastics daily.
