Do not be afraid of stress
It's interesting to know that sometimes stress can be beneficial. For example, stress from a car accident causes a person to pay more attention when crossing the street.
However, some people feel uncomfortable with stress; psychological studies show that some strategies help reduce discomfort when having good stress. Neglecting negative thoughts and bitter memories of the past is one of these solutions, as well as doing activities such as yoga and meditation to help have a quiet mind.
