Lower your pain with your knees

Put ice cream on your knee for 15 minutes at a time for three or four hours. Do not put ice directly on your knees. Cover your knee with a cotton towel, put the ice in a plastic bag, then put the bag on a towel.

Wear soft and flat shoes to lower your pressure to your knees. Do not fall asleep Surround one side of your body with a rectum to prevent you from turning you to one side, or when you lie on one side between two knees. Do not leave your head as close as possible and if you had to stay on tight surfaces and divide your body weight between each of your two feet. If you are overweight, use an appropriate diet for weight loss.
