Garlic is very beneficial to breastfeeding in addition to therapeutic properties, such as strengthening the immune system and preventing heart disease; if you are worried about eating garlic, affecting the taste and smell of milk, and may not be a baby, you should know better. Studies have shown that babies of mothers who have been eating tend to eat more milk for a longer period, which means they can increase breastfeeding.
