Bananas are overtaking sports drinks


Bananas may be a better choice for athletes than sports drinks; researchers looked at and compared the effects of carbohydrate intake and found that banana has the most anti-inflammatory properties than other sports drinks. It's well-known that eating and Drinking carbs during long exercises helps to increase the intensity and duration of exercise, as well as rehab as soon as possible.
