Spinach water has the most antioxidants



Researchers at Linkoping University in Sweden found that squash spinach or spinach water is the best way to absorb the lutein antioxidant in the body.

Lutein is an antioxidant that is found in dark green leafy vegetables, including spinach, and is very effective in coping with cancer, stenosis, and prevention of ocular and dermatological diseases. Swedish researchers, by examining different methods for preparing spinach and cooking with different methods and at different temperatures, measured the amount of lutein in foods prepared by these methods and found that the best way to absorb lutein from food, using Spinach is squashed or spinach juice.
