Sourdough, lipid lowering


  Sourdah is one of the herbs that are sold alongside vegetable; a sweet herb of the Mint family that spontaneously pops up in most parts of Iran's plateau, and is known for its various names, such as Sari Sahandi, Marzah Bakhtiari and Marzieh Shirazi. The plant has a relatively warm and dry nature, and the main part used is young leaves and leaves that are consumed freshly and freshly, it is very useful for lowering blood lipids.
