Is sleeping to the left of the body useful?


Studies have shown that sleeping to the left can help eliminate brain waste. Conversely, sleeping to the right reduces the effectiveness of lymphatic systems, because the left side of our body is often lymphatic.

According to Ayurvedic drugs, sleeping to the left forces the body to better perform the lymphatic fluid filter and repel it through the lymph nodes.
