Drinks that you should never take with medicine + infophagia

Grapefruit juice:
Grapefruit juice has a negative effect on 50 different drugs, including statins. Due to the fact that the water effects of this fruit juice remain in the body for more than 24 hours, the change in the time of taking the drug will not solve the problem. Hence, the person should take the medicine 24 hours after grapefruit juice, or refrain from drinking grapefruit juice.

Pomegranate juice:
Pomegranate juice contains an enzyme that breaks down many antihypertensive drugs.

Milk, Shirsoyyah, Smoothie Containing Milk:
Calcium interacts with thyroid drugs. Therefore, you must last at least 4 hours after you have used your thyroid medicine so you can drink a calcium drink (like milk).

Caffeine (Coffee, Green Tea and Energy Drinks):
Caffeine with triggers can be a serious health hazard. For example, if you use ephedrine, asthma and amphetamines, and at the same time take a drink containing caffeine, it is dangerous for a person to be healthy.

Sports Drinks:
Potassium in sports drinks can be dangerous if you take a drink with some heart drugs or antihypertensive drugs.

Green tea:
Green tea, as well as other foods containing vitamin C, such as broccoli and cabbage, should not be taken with blood thinners such as coumarin or warfarin, as their effect is greatly reduced.

Dough:
Dough also has the same effects as milk, hence its use is not recommended. This drink also contains calcium, which some medications prevent from calcium absorption by binding, so in general, water is a better option than other drinks.
