Methods of maintaining liver health
It's best to know that food in the human body is absorbed through the stomach and intestine; in this case, the liver and kidneys are responsible for clearing and removing toxins from these foods.
That's why the liver is more at risk than poisoning and contamination than other organs, and one of the other functions of the liver is the secretion of hormones that are needed by the body; therefore, the health of the liver affects the health of other organs of the body.
Consuming some foods can have the greatest impact on the health of the liver; daily intake of 2-3 cabbage a day, a piece of beetroot, one sour lemon, two to three cups of green tea per day, the use of turmeric in the meal and Walnuts and broccoli are good sources of liver health.
For the health of the liver, and especially the prevention of fatty liver, avoid taking high-fat foods and processed foods as much as possible and forget about drinking alcohol and smoking.
