One of the types of diets around the world is to reduce the weight of the Mediterranean diet.
Recently, American researchers have found that having a Mediterranean diet will delay aging and increase longevity. The study, published by the American Association for Gastrointestinal Disorders, suggests that the diet prevents their growth by inhibiting gastrointestinal microbes, and Reduces the risk of cancer; besides, having this diet can delay the onset of aging symptoms in humans.
The most important principle of the Mediterranean diet is the consumption of fruits and vegetables; olive oil is also known as a source of body fat; the balance between dairy consumption and low use of protein sources is one of the other guidelines for this diet.
The regime has many supporters in the Mediterranean region and in countries like Lebanon, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy.
