Increase heart health with nuts
A study of 200,000 people in the United States showed that those who eat nuts twice a week or more, such as walnuts, pistachios and almonds, suffer from cardiovascular disease by 15 percent.
Also, only 23% of these people are experiencing clogging of their blood vessels; the researchers emphasize that raw and unprocessed nuts are more healthy.
