Osteoporosis does not suddenly occur

Osteoporosis does not suddenly occur

Osteoporosis is one of the most prevalent diseases in the community that many people, especially people over 40, experience with it.

Osteoporosis begins by decreasing bone density or bone softness; thus, the bones do not have the strength and strength of the past and the chance of fracture increases.

Although the risk of osteoporosis is likely to occur in any bone of the body, the probability of a break in the pelvis, spine, ribs, and wrists is greater.

Prevent osteoporosis using calcium and vitamin D and do bone density testing and imaging.
